Who can shop with us

Products

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you promptly.
We aim to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but variations may occur depending on your device screen.
All our clothing is made in India. Country of origin details are available on each product page.

Pricing & payment

Prices include applicable GST for orders within India.
International customers can select INR, USD, AED, or EUR. Exchange rates are indicative; your bank may apply different rates.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other options shown at checkout. Payments are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store card details.
Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is final.

Your order

Placing an order constitutes an offer. Orders are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email.
We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, or other reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our Exchange & Return Policy.

Delays beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions, natural disasters, customs delays), but we will keep you informed and assist wherever possible.

All website content, including images, designs, logos, and text, is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
