Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original condition.
  • Only one exchange request per order will be accepted.
  • Reverse pick-up and re-delivery for exchanges are free of cost.
  • Our team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement product to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are processed in the form of store credit only (NO REFUNDS).
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in original condition.
  • Store credit will be issued within 3–5 working days after the product passes quality check.
  • Store credit will be sent via email, equivalent to the product value excluding shipping charges (if applicable).
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days and can be used on any purchase.
  • Orders placed using store credit are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Reverse pick-up for returns will be arranged free of cost.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Jewellery items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased during sale, promotions, clearance, or special offers (including Buy 1 Get offers) are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Items that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchange/Return Process

  • Please share your order number, reason for request, and exchange preference (if any).
  • Reverse pick-up will be arranged from your delivery address.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, inform us within 2 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.
  • Our team will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit accordingly.
  • (Note: This applies to jewellery items only in case of damage/incorrect product received.)
