We want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing time

  • Each product has its own processing timeline. Please refer to the product description for estimated dispatch and delivery details. All orders are processed and dispatched based on the timelines mentioned for each product.
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be picked up the next working day.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email with your tracking details once we've shipped.
  • If for any reason we can't fulfil your order (like a product going out of stock), we'll let you know within 48 hours.

Shipping within India

  • We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Timelines can vary depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges: Free shipping is available on all prepaid. Orders below this attract a flat shipping fee of ₹100. You'll see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.
  • For remote PIN codes, there may be slight delays. In rare cases, the courier may ask you to collect from a nearby hub — we'll let you know if that applies to your order.

International shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to you, drop us a message before placing your order.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Currency: You can shop in INR, USD, AED, or EUR using the currency selector on our website. Exchange rates are updated regularly, but your bank may apply a slightly different rate when settling the payment.
  • Customs & import duties: International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes charged by your country's government. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We're unable to undervalue packages or mark them as 'gift' to help avoid customs charges.

Tracking your order

  • Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email.
  • You may also receive updates via WhatsApp on your registered number.
  • If you need help tracking your order, just message us.

Delays

  • We do our best, but some things are out of our hands — courier backlogs during sale season, bad weather, customs hold-ups, or public holidays along the route. If your order is delayed, we'll try to keep you updated. We can't guarantee delivery timelines, but we'll always help you chase it down.

Incorrect address

  • Please double-check your address before placing your order — including your PIN code and phone number. If there's a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll update it before dispatch.
  • Unfortunately, if an order is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.

If something goes wrong with delivery

  • Package not received despite 'Delivered' status: Contact us within 2 business days and we'll investigate with the courier.
  • Package lost in transit: We'll arrange a replacement
  • Package arrived damaged: Please take photos and videos of the packaging and contents immediately. Report it to us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
